Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT & Optimal EFT - $15.00

EFT is tapping acupressure meridians to release emotional blocks to achieving goals. Optimal EFT is a process of accessing healing energy without tapping.

Power of 8 Intention Group

This group is based on the work of Lynn McTaggart, described in her book, Power of 8. The group uses intention to help individual members take turns to focus on healing or achieving goals. Intention can also be directed to people or issues outside the group.

Healing Touch Course 1

When: Saturday and Sunday, January 24 and 25, 2026, 8AM to 6PM both days.

Where: Healing Touch office, 9000 Glacier Hwy, Room 306.

Class Description: Healing Touch is a relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered approach to assist oneself and others to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Healing Touch uses light touch and non-contact techniques to balance the energy field in order to support one's natural ability to heal. This approach can help to increase relaxation, reduce pain, anxiety, and stress, and can complement medical and other treatments.
